Terms Of Service

Rule's

- By requesting a commission you automatically accept my Terms Of Service.
- Payment Must be upfront.
-no refunds (unless the customer cant be satisfied or I can't finish the commission).
- Changes will only be made to the design during the sketching/ line art phase, not after applying colour.
- If you want the commission before a certain deadline be sure to let me know and there will be an additional cost.
- If the artwork is going to be used for commercial purposes there will be an additional cost.
- No on is allowed to use my art for AI training or NFT's.

General Rule's

Make sure to include the following in the commission request:
- References for the character (preferably not pixel art as it is difficult to make out the details).
- Poses and Expressions for the character's that is going to be included.
- Outfit and any additional accessories.
- Any other details about the character (personality, gender, height, etc.)
- I will turn down the commission if it is something I am uncomfortable drawing, non-negotiable.
- I will post commissioned work on social media unless you specify otherwise, I'll ask if you don't with to have your commissioned art shared first to be sure.
